Rachael is an experienced investigator having spent 14 years with Victoria Police, working in numerous departments including uniform, DSG’s and five years with the Major Collision Investigation Unit investigating fatal and serious injury collisions. Rachael has also completed the Victoria Police Accident Investigation Course.
Rachael has over 20 years conducting insurance investigations for most major insurance companies, TAC and Workcover. Rachael has extensive experience in all types of insurance investigations including burglaries, vehicle theft and car and house fires. Rachael has a special interest and expertise in conducting investigations into staged motor vehicle collisions.
